PLACING AN ORDER:
We have two types of designs SET designs & SPECIAL designs.
All the SET designs can be seen in our Web. If you are interested in one and we have it in stock, it can be sent straight away. If what you require is not in stock it can take us between three to four weeks to fulfil your order.
For Set designs no advance payment is needed. When you confirmed the order we will send you the price of the product, packing and transport. The tiles and packing have to be paid for in advance, into our bank in Spain and the transport through us or by you on arrival; the transport will take about 4 days, not including weekends. If it has to be posted outside Spain the companies like it to be paid in advance.
For a SPECIAL designs, one to two months are needed, depending on the size and characteristics of the design and 50% has to be paid in advance and the rest as mentioned above. Remember a special design is not a photo, it is like a painting, it is our interpreted put on to tiles and we make it as similar as possible.
For SPECIAL orders, IVA is not included, so 16% and has to be added to the price for clients within the Common Market.
You must give us your country and postal code so we can get an estimate for transport and when it has to be sent your full name and address and your telephone number.

It is calculated on the size of a picture that is 60cm high and 120cm long:
With tiles 15x15, it would be 4x8 = 32 tiles X 22€ = 704€
